illiam B. Rawls son of John Rawls and Patients Cotten Rawls was born in North Carolina. He married Frances McCall [1] in Screven Co. GA. They had four children as follows: Seaborn Rawls b: 1801 in GA, Laban Rawls b: 1795 in Georgia, Cotton Rawls b: 1810 in GA , Susannah Rawls. American Revolutionary War Service under the command of Captain John Garvin and was attached to the Regiment of Colonel Garden [Benjamin Garden] and served under them three months General Bull [Stephen Bull] was the General in command during those three months he was stationed on Beaufort Island South Carolina.
