Served in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves 1971-1975. My father was in the U.S. Army, "The Big Red One", The "Fighting First", in WWII from Feb 1944 to May 1946. My grandfather was in the U.S. Army from Aug 1918 to Aug 1920.
