T/Sgt Raymond T Allen was a gunner in the Prosser flight crew.The Prosser crew trained new crews at Hickam Field in Hawaii with the 819th Bombardment Squadron starting Nov 1943. They began Detached Service with the 392nd Bombardment Squadron in Apr 1944 on Kwajalein. Their most frequent targets would have been Saipan and Truk. The squadron moved their base to Saipan in August 1944. Most of the missions from there would have been to bomb Iwo Jima and Chichi Jima.
